Ski Club Oktoberfest: Après-ski party auf der Wiesn

Munich International Ski Club goes Wiesn

Join our traditional MISC Oktoberfest party!

Where: München, Wiesn Hacker-festzelt

Note that you need to be there between 12.00 and 12.15 to guarantee your seat! 
Only people with a ski club reservation are entitled to a seat in the box. 

We have seats guaranteed until 17:45, then we need to move from our reserved tables, but we may try to find a nice place elsewhere to continue our party.

Reservation process

• Registration will first open for a week to full members only at a reduced price of 57,50 €; three guests are allowed per member (at regular price) 
• From 19th August registration will be opened to non-members for any remaining tickets on a first-paid-first-served basis for 67,50 €.

What's included in the price - vouchers:

• 2 liters of beer
• Half a grilled chicken (voucher can be used towards a different meal) 
• Additional voucher worth of 15€

(Vouchers do not include service fee)

Payment terms

• Places are only considered reserved once payment has been received in full.
• If you cannot attend for any reason we will do our best to find someone to take your place, and refund anything the club did not have to pay on your behalf minus a 15€ cancellation fee. 

Event logistics

• Vouchers will be handed over at the entrance "N1" to the Hacker-Festzelt on September 17th from 11:30 on. As stated above, we cannot guarantee your seat if you do not show up by 12:15, so make sure to arrive on time :)
