MISC goes Wiesn 2019 - Oktoberfest

Oktoberfest is round the corner !

Once again the Munich International Ski Club has reserved a box with 100 seats in the Hacker Festzelt, Himmel der Bayern.

Our reservation is on Sunday, September 22rd at 12:00 (be on time !), and goes until 17:45. Only people with a ski club reservation are entitled to a seat in the box. At 17:45 we need to vacate the box.

Registration will open first to full members only; two guests are allowed per member. 

Members may register two guests per member, for additional tickets, please contact us at specialevents@munichskiclub.com

From 27.08.2018 registration will be opened to associate members for any remaining tickets on a first-paid-first-served basis.

Payment is online only to secure the reservation;  If you have questions please contact special events  at specialevents@munichskiclub.com

Included in the price are vouchers for 2 liters of beer, half a grilled chicken (voucher can be used towards a different meal) and a voucher good for 10 Euros. 

We will meet at entrance N1 at 11:45 to distribute the vouchers.  From 12:00 onwards we will be in Seitenboxe 8.  Map of the tent:  https://hacker-festzelt.de/sitzplan/    

Reserved Tickets will be additionally distributed at upcoming beer garden meetups and the summer BBQ.

Please note: Bags and Backpacks larger than 3l of volume are not permitted on the Oktoberfest.

Members: 50.00

Guest of member: 55.00

Non-members (associates): 55.00
