Oktoberfest is round the corner !
Once again the Munich International Ski Club has reserved a box with 100 seats in the Hacker Festzelt, Himmel der Bayern.
Our reservation is on September 17th at 12:00 (be on time !), and goes until 16:45. Only people with a ski club reservation are entitled to a seat in the box. At 16:45 we need to vacate the box.
Registration is open to members from 23.07.2017; one guest is allowed per member.
Payment must be received into the club's account by 26.08.2017 to secure the reservation; any member registrations not paid in full by this date will be cancelled. Guest Reservation are considered as provisional until this date, as members have priority.

From 27.08.2017 registration will be opened to non-members (ie associates) for any remaining tickets on a first-paid-first-served basis.
Included in the price are vouchers for 2 Liters of beer, half a grilled chicken (voucher can be used toward a different meal) and a voucher good for 5 Euros. The club provides Obatzda, Pretzels and perhaps some other goodies.
We first meet at Lenbachplatz at the Wittelsbacher Fountain around 10:00 with a bottle of Prosecco or two to watch the Trachtenzug. We then move to the Hacker tent to be there by 12:00, where the vouchers will be handed out.
(If you don't meet us at Lenbachplatz you can come directly to the tent at 12:00.)
