This is the ski club’s first trip of the new season! Luxury accomodation for 10% less than 2013! We’ll take the bus on Thursday evening to Sölden, arrive in time to grab some food and a few drinks to prepare us for skiing the next morning.
We are staying in 2 apartment buildings within 1 km of the village centre and 100m from the ski bus: the ACasa Kristall and ACasa Saphir. These are large luxurious apartments with big living rooms and full kitchens. The apartments have 2,3, or 4 double bedrooms and each bedroom has it's own WC/shower. There is a wellness area in each building with Finnish sauna, infrared cabin, steam bath, indoor pool, relaxation areas and showers. There is also a restaurant and bar on-site.

You will be sharing your accommodation with others. There is the opportunity to state rooming preferences to the trip organizer. First come, first served! Those registering and paying first will have priority for the bedroom assignments while those who register later will have whatever sleeping options remain. We do however have one of our largest reservations ever so bring your friends for a great weekend!
When: 4th to 7th December 2014
Where : Arabellapark Busbahnhof/U-Bahn (U4) station, 16:00 Thursday 4th December. The coach should arrive in Sölden around 19:00, Return will be Sunday at 17:00 on the 7th Dec, back to Arabellapark around 20:00.
What: 3 day ski pass, 3 nights' accommodation, 3 mornings breakfast, coach from Arabellapark U-Bahn station to Sölden and back! The price also includes the refundable €2.50 ski pass.
Price: 320 euros for members / 345 euros for non-members
A non-refundable deposit of 150 Euros is required at the time of registration – payable to the usual ski club account BLZ 70010080, Konto 532462801.
Registration: As we expect a big demand for this trip, we will accept initially registrations from existing members only – (i.e. members who have paid their renewal membership fees already).
Deadline for members-only registration is 5th October.
After this date registrations will be open to all for any spare places up until 16.11.2014.
Registrations will not be accepted without the deposit.
Once registered, you will receive an invoice with the bank details. Your place is only secured if you pay the deposit by 5.10.2014 at the latest. If the deposit is not received by this date then you will be removed from the registration list without further notice.
Final payment of the remaining sum is required by 16.11.2014, otherwise your place will be forfeited.

The organisers are purely coordinating bus services and skiing possibilities, we therefore take no responsibility for any incidents or accidents or other detrimental events occurring before, while or after these activities. You travel, ski and party at your own risk, in a purely private sport activity. By registering you agree to these terms and conditions, including the club’s cancellation policy.
Cancellation policy summary:
- The deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations will be accepted before 05.11.2014 and any amount paid in excess of the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations made after 05.11.2014 all payments will be forfeited.
