The state of Bavaria has forced all tents to reduce their reservations,
but we have 100 tickets confirmed, so claim your seat(s) now!

Note that you need to be there between 12.00 and 12.15 to guarantee your seat! 
Only people with a ski club reservation are entitled to a seat in the box. We have seats guaranteed until 17:45, then we need to move from our reserved tables, but we may try to find a nice place elsewhere to continue our party.

Reservation process

• Registration will first open for about one month to full members only at a reduced price of 46.50 € ; two guests are allowed per member (at the associate price) - additional guests may be possible, send a request for extra guests to  specialevents@munichskiclub.com, we will fairly distribute, but only at the end of the "members only phase", so all full members get a good chance for tickets.
• From 01.08.2022 registration will be opened to non-members (ie associates) for any remaining tickets on a first-paid-first-served basis for 53.50 €.

Included in the price are:

• vouchers for 2 liters of beer
• half a grilled chicken (voucher can be used towards a different meal) 
• an additional voucher good for 10 Euros.

(Vouchers do not include service fee.)

All registrations will need to go via the event registration on the Ski-Club website.

Payment terms

• Places are only considered reserved once payment has been received in full.
• If you cannot attend for any reason we will do our best to find someone to take your place, and refund anything the club did not have to pay on your behalf minus a 15 Euro cancellation fee. 
• It may occur that the state of Bavaria reduces the originally permitted number of seats, for instance in the event of an increase in the number of infections in connection with the Corona pandemic. The state of Bavaria has already forced all tents to reduce their reservations, so the hope is that the non-reserved places will be mainly impacted. But if such a reduction impacts our ski-club seats, than the Munich international ski-club council will determine the allocation of the remaining seats by means of a transparent, non-discriminatory procedure, or to cancel reservations in individual cases or in their entirety. 
  Our purchase conditions say that the tents will restitute in part or full in such case, based on any final regulation. The Munich International Ski-Club will simply restitute what we don´t have to pay and will not be liable for made expenses (e.g. travel and accommodation costs).
